McSherry Family Reunion

This is the third consecutive year we have had the privilege of playing for the combined G.X. McSherry and Regis McSherry family’s annual get-together. G.X. and I figured that the first time I played for McSherry’s was probably about 1960…that’s over 50 years! There is not telling how many miles they have danced to Delk Family music because G.X. & Jodi and Regis & Vesta were dancing to my dad when I was a toddler.
The McSherry’s have always been a dancing family and, believe me, they dance every tune and they never get tired of doing the Paul Jones to every Polka we play. It’s wonderful to see 4 generations of one family on the floor. The McSherry Family is a unique family and they treat us like family. We love them all.
